Andros Capital Partners
Targeting private equity investments, credit opportunities and direct asset-level investments across the energy sector
Flexible Investment Mandate + Extensive Industry Operating Experience
Andros Capital Partners is a private investment firm based in Houston, Texas. Andros combines flexible, long-duration capital with an opportunistic investment mandate, leveraging a proven track record of building, operating and monetizing assets across the energy value chain. The firm’s deep experience evaluating and transacting on energy and infrastructure assets provides a fundamental understanding of technical challenges, market opportunities and ultimate value drivers at the asset level.
Andros leverages its deep sector-specific expertise to build sustainable businesses with durable cash flows in partnership with talented entrepreneurs and to structure and scale investments based on the needs of energy companies. The firm is primarily focused on middle market transactions, each requiring between $25 and $200 million of equity, with an ability to make much larger commitments with co-investment from its limited partners.
Andros targets both control and minority equity investments in early and growth-stage energy ventures. We partner with talented entrepreneurs focused on building innovative upstream, midstream and energy technology companies with attractive risk-return profiles.
The Andros credit opportunities platform focuses on dislocated assets and distressed situations in the energy sector. The firm provides structured capital solutions to both public and private companies through preferred equity or debt instruments. These highly customizable solutions are designed to address specific needs across the corporate capital structure or at the asset level, enabling our partners to advance their strategic goals and objectives.
Asset Acquisition & Development
Andros is an active acquirer of both producing and undeveloped leasehold, working interests, mineral and royalty interests and midstream infrastructure assets. The firm leverages its technical expertise and operating experience to invest in high-quality assets across multiple domestic basins.
